Facilitation

I love to create safe containers and facilitate experiences for groups of people to learn, create, explore and expand! I have a range of offerings which I’ve been curating and facilitating over the past three years across conscious festivals, retreats and private events.

ACROYOGA FUN-DAMENTALS

  • Free your inner child and feel wonderfully connected to others through this embodied practice of lifting and balancing each other!

    This is an open-level, playful workshop teaching some acroyoga fundamental skills, poses and transitions, through a mix of verbal teaching and dynamic exercises and games. Expect games, giggles, and gravity-defying gorgeousness.

JOURNEY TO HANDSTANDS

  • Explore the joy of the journey towards helping ourselves find balance upside down.

    This is an open-level, skill-building workshop teaching some of the fundamental building blocks of progressing your handstand practice - including the key ingredients of presence and playfulness. Journey through animal-movement inspired warm ups, group games and partner exercises. Learn how to integrate intentions into your handstand practice, and remember always that the journey is the destination!

AUTHENTIC RELATING

  • Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of freely expressing your true experience in the company of others, and receiving the authentic expressions of others with openness and compassion.

    My AR workshops are adaptable to different settings and group sizes. I create a group container of safety, non-judgement, radical acceptance, compassion, and curiosity, and guide us through a range of games and exercises to help us explore what it really feels like to authentically connect. SOUND JOURNEYS

  • Drift into dreamstate with a guided visualisation mediation, then float through a restorative sound journey of crystal bowls, guitar, percussion and ethereal vocals.

    Sound speaks to our nervous system, and is one of the most powerful tools we have aside from the breath to support relaxation, restoration and integration. Combining my skills and experience as a singer with my trainings in energy work and sound healing, over recent years I have been developing my sound journey offerings within retreat centres abroad and for festivals and events in the UK.

    I offer 60-90 minute guided meditation and crystal bowl sound journeys tailored to the space and audience. I also love collaborating with other musicians and facilitators to expand the experience!

FIRE CIRCLES

  • Gather as friends welcoming all, and enjoy co-creating the feelings of love and community around a fire! With stories, magic, and music. 

    Having experienced much growth and expansion myself through sacred fires and song circles over the past years, it is close to my heart to offer this experience for others. I love to hold space in a circle and support others to share their favourite artforms, bringing us all together in a shared spirit. Over the past year I’ve hosted small fire circle events in London, small UK conscious gatherings, and abroad for a wellness centre.
